Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller in the past has intrigued the horological world with its unique timepieces like the Crazy Hours that feature an extraordinarily innovative way of telling time. For 2019, Franck Muller has come up with a new watch that displays the same level of eccentricity. Meet the Remember, the premium watchmaker?s latest creation that tells time backward. The hands of the watch rotate anticlockwise as the time passes and the numerals on the dial are also arranged the wrong way around. The idea of the anticlockwise watch, believe it or not, is not new; however, Franck Muller is the first top-end watchmaker to bring this novelty to luxury watchmaking.

The Remember sports the same tonneau shaped case as the Crazy Hours and the dial feature Frank Muller?s signature oversized ?exploding? numerals. The dial is entirely set with diamonds or stamped guilloche with sun pattern, finished with 20 layers of lacquer. The Remember is powered by the automatic FM 2800 INV, which is actually a modified version of the ETA 2892 for the hands to go counterclockwise. The self-winding offers a 42-hour power reserve. The Franck Muller trademark Cintree Curvex case if offered in 18k white or rose gold, or stainless steel, and available in two sizes: the large 7880 measures 36mm by 50.4mm, while the small 2850 measures 31mm by 43mm. The prices start at SFr11,000 (about $11,075).
