In Episode 7 of The worn&wound Podcast, one of our listeners asked us about the Apple Watch and smartwatches in general. It?s no big secret that the worn&wound team isn?t exactly enamored with smartwatches. The reason for that, as we noted, is twofold. First, the allure of mechanical watches is too strong (we wouldn?t be doing worn&wound if that were not so). And second, the smartwatch industry has yet to make a case for their utility and, to be perfectly frank, necessity.
