Vintage Aquastar Regate Yachting Timer

Here?s one you don?t see often?.or ever! Vintage 1970?s Aquastar Regate yacht timer. Nice chunky 39mm stainless steel cushion case which looks to be unpolished with nice crisp bevels on the sides, as well as the original signed crown. The while dial looks pristine, and it has the yachting timer circles that turn different colors as the timer goes. The chrono hand is wild with a large triangle base and bright yellow tip. Powered by an automatic Lemania 1345 flyback movement.  Seller states it was purchased from Hodinkee earlier this year and is working great. Vintage Jaeger LeCoultre

Up next is a fantastic little dress watch from Jaeger LeCoultre. Really clean and classic design (as you would expect from JLC), with an 18k gold case that is just a hair under 34mm in diameter. While that is on the small side, it?s really not a bad size for an understated dress watch, IMHO. The off-white dial has nice thin crosshairs with a printed Jaeger LeCoultre script logo at three o?clock and an applied ?JL? logo at twelve. Simple straight stick hands and hour markers complete the look. The dial has a nice, mellow and even patina that looks amazing.
