FHH Launches its New “Watch Live” App at WatchTime New York 2018

And it made its U.S. debut today at WatchTime New York.
The FHH Academy Watch Live App launched in the U.S. at WatchTime New York.
The FHH Academy, the training and certification branch of the FHH whose mission is aimed exclusively at professional sales staff, presented the new Watch Live app to an audience of brand representatives and industry media this afternoon at WTNY, the East Coast’s biggest watch collector event, held at Gotham Hall in midtown Manhattan. The Academy has provided training for 11,000 people worldwide in its four years in existence, and today offers 300 courses, in 10 languages, for the watch retailing community each year, led by a team of 21 certified trainers on every continent. The stated objective of the Watch Live app, according to the FHH, is quite simply “to increase the desirability of haute horlogerie.” As every watch buyer and watch seller knows, the rise of E-commerce has challenged watch producers’ brick-and-mortar distribution channels to adapt ? to offer the best in-store experience, with sales staff capable of meeting the end customer’s increasingly high expectations.
