Getting high in Amsterdam with a Rolex Submariner ‘Hulk’
Well, the title speaks pretty much for itself.
As, I’m currently staying at home, because of a minor cold, I decided to tell you about my weekend in Amsterdam – a beautiful city with a lot to offer (wink). Taking the Hulk (Rolex Submariner 116610LV) was the best choice I could potentially make, as I had to match the colour scheme.
It’s not just that, this reference belongs to one of my favourite Rolex watches of all sports models. Also, I made a review on my Youtube channel very recently, starring this watch (click here). In the past, I was so crazy about the model, I wrote a tribute article on it (click here). So yes, it is not the first time I was wearing a Hulk.
Let’s go back to the trip! So the very first stage was, of course, my beloved Heathrow Airport. The flight turned out to be one of the most pleasant ones, as it’s only 45 minutes from London! So, by the time you eat your complimentary meal, it’s time to land. The weather in Amsterdam wasn’t enjoyable at all! I was greeted by violent winds and rain.
The great thing about Amsterdam is that it doesn’t require too much of a journey. The train from the airport takes literally around 10 minutes to get to the city centre – Amsterdam central – very convenient.
As soon as I arrived to the hotel, I had to take a wrist shot and see what’s around.
