How Low Can You Glow" TAG Heuer Dives Deeper with Aquaracer Professional 300 Night Diver
Back in April, during Watches & Wonders, TAG Heuer announced the latest revamp of its well-established Aquaracer family of dive watches. The re-engineered Aquaracer Professional 300 kicked off with eight models, all featuring redesigned bezels with ceramic inserts, slimmer profiles, and several other upgrades. Now TAG Heuer expands the collection to 11 total references with the launch of three additional Aquaracer Professional 300 watches, led by the newest version of a 1980s classic, nicknamed “Night Diver.”

Launched alongside two other monochromatic models with the same case dimensions and dial elements ? one in all-black, the other in all-blue ? the Night Diver stands out with its 43-mm steel case, 12-sided rotating bezel, engraved solid caseback, and adjustable clasp all coated in matte black DLC (diamond-like carbon) and by its fully luminescent dial, bathed in green Super-LumiNova for a striking glow in dark conditions such as a diver would encounter deep underwater. On the Night Diver, the minutes and seconds hands and the triangle at 12 o’clock on the bezel are filled with blue Super-LumiNova to contrast with the dial, while the hour hand and markers at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o’clock on the dial are filled with green luminous material. Further contrast is achieved with the use of black lacquer on the edging of the remaining hour markers.
