Swedish brand Bravur is releasing a Limited Edition Scandinavian watch done in collaboration with Swedish architect, Gert Wingårdh and his son Rasmus Wingårdh, who is also a celebrated designer. The watch is a nod to the country?s west coast fishing and seafood culture which, in the right hands, can be rather beautiful, as it turns out. There are two variants of the limited edition, one representing light, the other dark, and they are each a masterclass in how to execute the finer details.

Gert and Rasmus Wingårdh are known for their ability to eschew conventional design, and their ability to create beauty in large structures has translated well to a much smaller form factor in teaming up with Bravur. The Limited Edition watches strike a balance between minimalist features and intricate flourishes, with a few hidden surprises worked into the design in a tasteful manner. Offered in either light or dark form, the Scandinavian watch offers a closed minute track with each ten seconds getting a numerical companion, beginning at the 5.
