The timepiece is crafted out of materials from automotive engineering and is commonly used to construct Mercedes-AMG performance cars. The lightweight and scratch-resistant Grade 5 titanium used for the case has a distinct matte grey appearance which is said to be inspired by AMG?s signature Selenite Grey Magno paint finish. On the other hand, the dial is made of carbon fiber which has been directly derived from AMG?s aero components.
