Jaeger-LeCoultre sets a new industry benchmark by offering 8-year warranty on all watches
Watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre has launched a new Care Program to further strengthen its position as a top-tier brand that values unmatched customer service. The program along with offering personalized service to its customers with value-added information, advice and services will provide an 8-year warranty on all watches for clients. The extended warranty by Jaeger-LeCoultre is the longest among major watch brands, setting a new benchmark in the watchmaking industry. While most of the high-end watchmaking brands offer a standard 2-year warranty on their products, Rolex was the first to extend the warranty coverage to 5 years in 2015. Watchmakers like Omega, Ulysse Nardin and Audemars Piguet followed suit and also offer a 5-year extended warranty to its clients.
By launching the Care Program, Jaeger-LeCoultre has made a bold statement on the quality of its watches and the engineering behind creating the timepieces. Starting from 15 May 2019, clients of Jaeger-LeCoultre will be able to take benefit of the program by registering their watches on a dedicated digital platform. The Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces that are still covered by the original international warranty will be eligible for the Care Program and the 8-year warranty extension.
