While the Odyssey is by no means minimal in the traditional sense of the word in the world of watches, for BOLDR, it is. BOLDR?s design language is right there in their brand name ? BOLD. An angular case exudes a modern and technical look, while a textured dial resting under the flat sapphire lens adds visual appeal. Their previous dive watch measured in at a massive 45.5mm wide, featuring chunkier features and a less refined case. The case on the Freediver still has those modern angles, just quite a bit more wrist-friendly at 40mm wide and 14mm thick. It?s also the first time that BOLDR has made use of polishing on any of their watches. Rendered entirely in 316L stainless steel, both the case and bracelet are built to be used and abused.
