Rolex Explorer II 216570 is housed by a bigger and more massive 42mm case, making a completely different presence on the wrist, compared to Submariner or even GMT-Master II. Everything about this watch is bigger and honestly, I buy this approach. At first, skeptical me came out and was very careful about glorifying that timepiece. I was skeptical about horrifyingly large hands, which would cluster the whole dial. However, to my surprise, I found this watch to be very legible and clear in view. Blue luminescence is just magnificent.
I took it for my two-week holiday and made it my travel companion. Despite its bigger size Explorer II 216570 is extremely comfortable on the wrist, making long journeys more pleasant.
