Showing at LVMH Watch Week: TAG Heuer Monza Flyback Chronometer
TAG Heuer brings back the Monza in a decidedly cool and colorful new execution at this year’s LVMH Watch Week. The TAG Heuer Monza Flyback Chronometer makes its entrance in an ultralight and highly resistant carbon case. Its stunning black dial, which is skeletonized in order to reveal some of the mechanics underneath, boasts a two-register layout, with a translucent fumé blue sapphire crystal chronograph counter at 3 and the running seconds at 6 o?clock. The date window at 9 o?clock also features a luminescent design, while the chronograph chronograph hands stand out in bold red. Two scales are integrated on the periphery, a tachymeter for measuring distances and a pulsometer for measuring the pulse.
This automatic flyback chronograph is powered by TAG Heuer’s in-house self-winding caliber 02 Flyback, which has earned a COSC-chronometer certificate for proven precision and sports a power reserve of 80 hours.
Its partially skeletonized rotor mimics the shape of a steering wheel and can be admired through the sapphire case back. The TAG Heuer Monza Flyback Chronometer is attached to a textile strap with blue stitching.
