New TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer-01 presented for 2017. Truly masculine chronograph watch featuring full ceramic body.

 
I remember when the first Carrera Heuer-01 was presented back in 2015. I was quite skeptical that time. The reason was simple – For many years, I have been linking the TAG Heuer with the classic racing design. The thought of something completely fresh and innovative was initially scary. But, it turned out to be a decent wristwatch. Striking skeleton dial showing an in-house movement. The main concept of the Heuer-01 was to create freshly looking wristwatch of possibly highest quality for the reasonable price.
 

 
This year, we get the ‘stealthy’ looking chronograph in black matt ceramic. Literally all parts are made of ceramic, which makes this watch incredible scratch resistant. Despite the massive 45mm case, Heuer-01 is lighter than most of the steel watches. It looks sleek and modern.  

 
The eye-catching feature aspect of the Heuer-01 is its magnificent skeleton dial. It fits 30-minute indicator at 12 o’clock, 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock and small seconds at 9 o’clock. A date display is situated at 3-4 o’clock with the date numerals circling around a dial.
