The New Manufacture Royale ADN Collection
How about these new pieces from Manufacture Royale.  Forged carbon….steel….or both…flying tourbillon….dual time display.  Absolutely delightful.  With a new more contemporary aesthetic, the Manufacture Royale ADN collection emerges as the latest evolution from this up and coming high-end brand selling to the elite pool of deep pocketed buyers. The new collection – “ADN” for those prefer French, or “DNA” for us English folk — is punctuated by Manufacture Royale?s ninth calibre.  The MR09 is designed, built, and assembled in MR’s workshops in Vallorbe, Switzerland.  It features a flying tourbillon mounted on ceramic ball bearings and comprised of a silicon escapement wheel and pallet.  The dial shows off a dual independent time zone display in a skeleton build. The more prominent local time is indicated by a jumping-aperture hour disc + minutes hand.  Home time has its own gear train and traditional hours/minutes hands.  Produced in 28-piece limited editions in three variations: stainless steel (86,000 Swiss Francs), stainless steel DLC and forged carbon (93,000 Swiss Francs), and rose gold and forged carbon (93,000 Swiss Francs).
New product launch after new product launch, it has and is as clear as ever that Manufacture Royale are bringing truly special watches — incomparable, really — to the market. Â This is perhaps the greatest challenge for any new, small and independent watch...
