I took the Panerai Luminor Marina PAM00120 on my highly sought-after holiday break and here’s my final thoughts.
Rather early start of my day – arrived at the Heathrow Airport.
This particular model is quite interesting one, because of few things. The first one is dial – blue dial, which changes its hue, depending on angle – truly ‘instagrammable’ piece.

Stainless-steel bracelet makes this watch stand out, it is a bit more flashy than your normal Panerai watch on a leather or rubber strap. Boarding complete
It looks quite massive, though the 40mm case provides a good balance between how it sits on a wrist and how heavy it is. I do like its polished bezel, crown-guard and parts of the links, they work really well together with brushed surfaces of the watch.

One huge downside of the stainless-steel bracelet is its comfort in wearing this watch. After a while your wrist starts feeling tired and hurt a bit, due to links being ended too sharp on the edges and being way too bulky. If that happens, you know it’s time to change for a NATO, leather or rubber strap. The good thing with Panerai watches is...
