Nowadays, the red carpet is the perfect place for watch spotting, but this wasn?t always the case. It used to be that watches would stay hidden beneath a shirt cuff. Today, however, A-list celebrities (some of them paid ambassadors) attending award shows and movie premiers are expected to show off their often-times borrowed wristwatches, so if you?re spotting a watch on the wrist of one of your favorite actors, know that it was likely intentional.
